We seek passionate and committed individuals to provide them with the best experience. **Position Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or candidate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * **Years of Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience. * 1–2 years of experience in the Financial or Fintech sector (Mandatory). * Experience in the financial or banking sector. * Knowledge of BPMN or advanced process modeling. **Key Knowledge Areas and Responsibilities:** Objective: Coordinate and supervise the functional analysis of technology initiatives, ensuring methodological consistency, documentation quality, appropriate requirement management and traceability, as well as alignment of implemented solutions with business strategic objectives. Functional Analysis Coordination: Assign and supervise requirement elicitation and documentation activities within the BSA team. Functional Quality Assurance: Review and validate specifications, acceptance criteria, and requirement traceability. Team Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to BSAs in defining functional solutions. Functional Stakeholder Management: Facilitate definition sessions with highly complex business areas. Requirement Governance: Ensure compliance with methodological guidelines and documentation standards. Functional Testing Supervision: Ensure acceptance criteria are properly defined and validated. Functional Change Management: Assess impact of requirement changes and coordinate necessary adjustments. Team Development: Provide technical feedback and contribute to the professional growth of the team. Functional Solution Design: Ability to structure medium- and high-complexity functional solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business needs. Requirement Governance and Traceability: Proficiency in end-to-end requirement management, ensuring methodological consistency, change control, and full traceability. Multi-System Analysis: Understanding of integrated technology environments and evaluation of functional impacts across multiple systems. Functional Quality Assurance: Review and validation of specifications, acceptance criteria, and deliverables from the BSA team. Team Technical Management: Ability to guide, provide feedback, and technically develop Business Systems Analysts. Functional Complexity and Risk Management: Identification and mitigation of risks arising from requirement or functional definition changes. Responsibilities: Advanced Requirement and Backlog Management: Functional use and configuration of Jira or other tools, ensuring consistency in user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability. Document Governance: Administration and review of documentation spaces in Confluence, SharePoint, or other collaborative platforms. Process and Solution Modeling: Advanced use of diagramming tools (Visio, Draw.io) to represent complex flows and integrations. Data Analysis and Validation: Intermediate Excel usage and functional SQL knowledge for information validation and impact analysis. Agile and Traditional Methodologies: Structured application of Scrum as the operational methodology.
