We are a certified Great Place to Work (GPTW) company! **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. · 1–2 years of relevant experience. · Intermediate English proficiency. **Objective:** To fill organizational vacancies within the designated timeframe through defined talent acquisition processes aligned with various departments, ensuring Concepto Móvil hires the best human talent. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with respective stakeholders to gather and clarify job requisitions. * Publish job postings across the company’s internal and external recruitment channels. * Conduct targeted headhunting for specific positions. * Perform preliminary screening of candidates matching job requirements via phone or video interviews. * Prepare candidate profile summaries for review by respective stakeholders. * Administer technical assessments or knowledge tests to shortlisted candidates. * Administer psychometric tests to final candidates. * Analyze psychometric test results for final candidates. * Guide candidates throughout the entire selection process—from initial interview to offer negotiation. * Support planning and execution of diverse employee retention, development, and well-being initiatives. **Hard Skills:** * Proficiency in using internal and external recruitment sources and channels. * Experience conducting employment interviews (e.g., STAR methodology, in-depth interviews). * Ability to analyze and interpret candidate profiles and psychometric test results. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. **Soft Skills:** · Work quality · Commitment · Teamwork · Effective communication · Emotional intelligence · Results orientation · Adaptability to change **Compensation:** · Salary: $12,000–$15,000 MXN gross per month · Working hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday · On-site work mode **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: Savings fund Savings plan Grocery vouchers Online English classes upon completion of one year of service Birthday week day off Udemy self-study platform access Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00–$15,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
