Support in administrative management and internal control An enterprise group is looking for a Junior Accountant with strong administrative orientation to provide comprehensive support for the company’s accounting and operational cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that financial information is accurate, timely, and properly supported, while simultaneously assisting with administrative management tasks and internal control. **Main Responsibilities**  Preparation of invoices based on contracts.  Follow-up on customer collections.  Direct communication with the sales team.  Accounting entries. **Education and Experience**  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (graduated or internship completed).  Experience: 1–2 years in similar positions.  Software: Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables). Experience with ERPs or local systems. **Technical Competencies**  Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF).  Proficiency in banking portals and the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT) portal.  Basic understanding of taxes (VAT, Income Tax, Withholdings). **Soft Skills**  Attention to detail: Ability to detect minor numerical errors.  Organization: Efficient handling of priorities and reporting deadlines.  Proactivity: Ability to propose improvements to administrative workflows.  Professional ethics: Responsible handling of sensitive information. **We Offer**  Monthly salary ranging from $10,000.00 to $14,000.00.  Statutory benefits.  Opportunities for growth and continuous training.  Location: Cooperativa Palo Alto, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, CDMX.  Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs, and Saturdays (schedule to be determined).
