Through collaboration with teams across the organization, strive to enhance productivity, quality, and safety, ultimately contributing to Plexus's commitment to delivering customer satisfaction and building a better world. **Key Job Accountabilities:** * Is visible and recognized in all Manufacturing Sites as a Subject Matter Expert of their engineering discipline; and/or is visible and recognized in all Manufacturing Sites as a cross\-discipline development leader for product/ process development, process/ product improvement or troubleshooting within site/ region, as it applies to their role. * Serves as a technical and/or project team lead, providing technical guidance/ training and motivation for teams, controlling scope, schedule, budget and ensuring overall technical success on mid\-size to large Plexus Manufacturing Processes, as it applies to their role. * Supports continuous improvement activities with wider impact than own site, associated with their engineering discipline and/or project execution\-focused efforts, as it applies to their role. * Provides customer service leadership by establishing positive and productive customer communications during technical/project discussions, developing innovative architectures and solutions to meet customer needs (internal/ external customer), and supporting business continuity engagements and new proposal creation. **Education/Experience Qualifications:** * A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science is required; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher is preferred. * Minimum Ten (10\) years of related experience is required. * An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered. **Other Qualifications:** * Intermediate Computer Skills * Advanced Decision Making, Problem Solving Skills * Advanced Verbal and Written Communications Skills * Excellent Analytical and statistical analysis Skills; Statistical Process Control Software Skills * In\-depth Cross\-Discipline Development Knowledge * Strong understand Structured Design * Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers * Lab tool/ test/measurement equipment experience preferred **Travel Requirements:** * Less than 40% *This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform.*
