Students in their final semesters or recent graduates in Computer Systems Engineering or related fields. Willingness to learn and develop within IT business environments. Knowledge Requirements: Operating Systems Databases Middleware Responsibilities: Serve as the point of contact for reported incidents. Keep the client informed throughout the incident until resolution. Coordinate and supervise technical teams. Monitor strategies for prompt operational restoration. Document all actions taken and, if necessary, escalate the case as a problem. 100% on-site position in SLP.
