Focus on talent development and organizational development. **Position: Human Resources Generalist (Focus on Training and Recruitment)** We are looking for a **Human Resources Generalist** with solid experience in **recruitment, selection, and training**, who will actively contribute to talent development and strengthening our organization. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of **$15,000** * **Food vouchers worth $600** upon completion of the third month * Working hours from Monday to Friday, **8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.**, and Saturday, **8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** * Job stability and opportunity for growth **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute end-to-end **recruitment and selection processes** (job posting, interviews, basic administration and interpretation of assessments, personnel file compilation, and candidate follow-up). * Coordinate and execute **onboarding and orientation processes**. * Identify training needs. * Develop and monitor training plans and programs. * Coordinate internal and external training courses. * Follow up on performance evaluations related to talent development. * Support organizational development activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and training. * Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques. * Familiarity with job boards and recruitment sources. * Strong organizational skills, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
