At Plot, we are looking for a Human Resources Analyst. Responsibilities: 70% of the role will focus on recruitment and personnel selection. * End-to-end recruitment and selection process (posting job descriptions, publishing vacancies across various channels, screening potential candidates, conducting job interviews, administering technical assessments, requesting professional references). * Extending job offers to selected candidates via telephone. * Collecting documents required for employee file compilation. * Onboarding new employees. * Providing emails and platform access credentials to new hires. * Conducting orientation sessions. * Purchasing birthday cakes for monthly birthday celebrations. * Requesting monthly birthday photos from the creative team. * Managing and allocating resources for internal team-building activities. * Developing and updating job descriptions. * Updating organizational charts. * Ensuring compliance with internal policies. * Providing general support to internal employees. Requirements Reside within one hour of CDMX, Anzures. Must be available to attend the office. (Hybrid work model) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment and 2 years in HR.
