




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources professional to manage talent acquisition, selection, onboarding, personnel administration, and labor relations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the full Human Resources cycle 2. Coordinate recruitment and selection processes 3. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and policies REQUIREMENTS * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Capital, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum age of 28 years * Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition and Selection Process * Recruitment through various channels (electronic media, job platforms, job fairs, field) * Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical or final interviews. * Verify employment references Onboarding and Hiring * Compile and verify employee files and documentation * Draft employment contracts and annexes * Provide institutional induction to new employees (policies, regulations, values) * Monitor probationary periods and deliver excellent service Administration of Active Personnel: * Maintain up-to-date personnel database and employee files * Draft, administer, and archive administrative minutes * Monitor labor incidents: tardiness, absences, disciplinary actions * Coordinate and record internal and external training sessions * Support performance evaluations Labor Relations and Compliance: * Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal regulations, and company policies * Advise employees on their rights and obligations Separation Processes (Offboarding): * Coordinate exit interviews * Prepare resignation letters, settlement documents (finiquitos), and termination documents We Offer * Weekly salary payment * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm We are looking for a proactive individual with strong communication skills, responsibility, honesty, initiative, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.
