Join our team! **Our candidate will be responsible for:** * Coordinating and executing recruitment and selection processes. * Conducting interviews, psychometric tests, medical exams, and completing the process through hiring. * Designing and organizing training and development plans and programs aligned with organizational needs. * Monitoring evaluations of the effectiveness of delivered training. * Participating in continuous improvement projects for HR processes in general. * Conducting Workplace Environment Surveys and managing company communication channels. * Processing biweekly and weekly payroll (ASPEL NOI). * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in the IDSE system. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in the SUA system. * Designing internal manuals and policies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience. * Recruitment and selection techniques and tools. * Training program design and evaluation. * ASPEL NOI knowledge (intermediate level). * SUA, IDSE. * CANVA. **We offer:** * Salary: $18,000 gross per month. * SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M., and Saturday, 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. * Food vouchers: 10% * 4th month. * Monthly performance bonus: 10% * 5th month. * Annual bonus. * Transportation service available in: * La Piedad and Noria, Bernardo Quintana, 5 de Febrero (Insurgentes), Corregidora.
