Position: **Service Host – Sandwich Shop (SSH Service Crew)** **Reports to:** Sandwich Shop Leader (SSH Leader) Job Objective Ensure every customer enjoys a positive and memorable experience through attentive, efficient, and authentic service, consistently representing the BBQ concept’s values and hospitality. Support the daily operation of the Sandwich Shop by ensuring proper product presentation, area organization, and adherence to operational and quality standards that enhance customer satisfaction and achievement of team goals. Main Responsibilities 1. Customer Service * Greet and bid farewell to customers with a friendly and professional attitude, reflecting the brand identity. * Advise customers on product selection, promoting add-ons and active promotions to increase sales. * Monitor that each order is delivered complete, well-presented, and within established timeframes. * Address feedback or incidents promptly, demonstrating empathy and solution-oriented focus. 2. Operational Support * Assist in order preparation, assembly, and packaging, ensuring quality standards. * Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service stations and areas. * Participate in opening and closing activities, including cleaning, restocking, and operational logging. 3. Sales Control and Digital Platforms * Enter orders and process payments in the Revel system according to established guidelines. * Manage orders received via delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, Rappi, and similar, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch. * Promptly communicate any operational incidents to the area leader. 4. Compliance with Guidelines and Culture * Maintain appropriate personal appearance and wear the uniform correctly. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and responsible food handling standards. * Collaborate with the team to achieve service and performance goals. * Participate in internal training and development programs.
