Additionally, support Sandwich Shop operations by participating in product preparation and delivery, ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and adherence to quality standards—thereby contributing to both customer satisfaction and team performance. **Main Responsibilities** 1. Customer Service and Experience * Greet, serve, and bid farewell to customers with kindness and professionalism, reflecting the brand’s service culture. * Recommend menu items, add-ons, or promotions to boost sales. * Verify that each order is complete, properly presented, and delivered within established timeframes. * Address customer inquiries, feedback, or issues promptly and effectively. 2. Operations and Service Support * Assist in preparing, assembling, and packaging orders, checking quality before delivery. * Maintain work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked during operations. * Support opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, area organization, and operational recordkeeping. 3. Payment Processing and Digital Platform Management * Register orders and process payments via the **Revel** system, following established procedures. * Manage orders from food delivery platforms such as **Uber Eats, Rappi, or others**, ensuring accuracy and appropriate delivery times. * Report any system errors or incidents detected to the area supervisor. 4. Compliance with Standards and BBQ Culture * Maintain appropriate personal appearance and wear the uniform correctly. * Adhere to hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. * Actively collaborate with the team to achieve service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals. * Participate in training and professional development activities. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Results from service evaluations (**Mystery Shopper**). * Compliance with cleanliness and workspace presentation standards. * Positive customer reviews and ratings on digital platforms. * Accuracy in order registration and payment handling. * Level of performance and collaboration within the team. **Systems and Tools Used** * **Revel:** order registration, payment processing, and shift closure. * **Delivery Platforms:** online order management and tracking. * **Microsoft 365:** internal communication and training. **Skills** * Customer service orientation. * Proactive and positive attitude. * Ability to deliver satisfying service experiences. * Clear and effective communication. * Teamwork. * Organization and attention to detail. * Adaptability and ability to learn quickly. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Completed or ongoing high school diploma (preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year in customer service, restaurants, or quick-service food**. * **Languages:** Basic English desirable. * **Knowledge:** Customer service, suggestive selling, and hygienic food handling. * **Tools:** Proficiency in **Revel, delivery platforms, and Microsoft 365**. * **Schedule:** **9-hour shifts, 6 days per week**. * **Compensation:** Participation in a **weekly tip pool**.
