We are more than 4,000 professionals across 11 countries, with a multicultural startup culture where we foster innovation and continuous learning to deliver high-value solutions for our clients. **We are looking for:** Functional Tester **Main Responsibilities** * Serve as the point of contact between the testing team, project, and client. * Estimate effort for User Stories and requirements. * Define the project’s test strategy and test plan. * Configure testing tools when required. * Analyze inputs for test design. * Identify functional gaps and track them. * Design, generate, and review test matrices and test cases. * Execute tests according to the defined scope. * Log, document, and track defects. * Verify correct defect resolution. * Generate and communicate test execution progress reports. * Generate defect reports. * Support the client during demo sessions and/or UAT. * Ensure adherence to delivery dates aligned with the plan. * Generate test closure report. * Identify and track testing process risks and issues. **Technical Requirements** **Mandatory** * 6\+ years of experience in **functional software testing**. * 2\+ years leading **testing teams**. * Experience in **test case design and execution**. * Experience in **defect management and test reporting**. * Experience in **test strategy and planning**. **Desirable** * Intermediate knowledge of **Java** (ability to identify errors). * Experience with test management tools (Jira, ALM or others). **We Offer** * 100% Nominal employment scheme * Statutory benefits * Benefits package * Professional Development Plan * Multicultural collaboration We invite you to learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram: @NEORIS.
