




Job Summary: Coordinate and execute recruitment, selection, and training processes to ensure talent acquisition and technical development of personnel, in compliance with established standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of recruitment and selection for operational and technical staff. 2. Design and implementation of onboarding and continuous training programs. 3. Active contribution to the improvement of training and certification processes. Coordinate and execute recruitment and training processes to ensure talent acquisition and technical development of personnel, in compliance with the quality, safety, and efficiency standards required by the client and the company. Recruitment and Selection: 1. Posting of operational and technical job openings on employment portals, social media, and local job boards. 2. Receiving, screening, and pre-selecting resumes based on profiles defined by each department. 3. Conducting initial interviews and administering psychometric, technical, or practical assessments according to the type of vacancy. 4. Coordinating interviews with supervisors and coordinators, and following up on outcomes. 5. Onboarding management: documentation, system registration, and coordination of the hiring process. Training and Onboarding: 6. Design and delivery of onboarding programs for new hires (corporate, security, quality, etc.). 7. Organization of technical and administrative courses in coordination with departments such as Production, Quality, Safety, and Engineering. 8. Attendance tracking, evaluation, and feedback for courses and training sessions. 9. Follow-up on TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and support in fulfilling the annual training plan. 10. Development and updating of training manuals, instructions, and training records. Administration and Support: 11. Document management: personnel files, attendance lists, certificates, and attestations. 12. Use of internal HR platforms or systems for candidate and training registration and tracking. 13. Preparation of monthly reports on recruitment and training performance indicators (KPIs). Tasks: 'Monitor technical training progress. Develop practical training guides. Deliver training content outlined in the guides. Deliver Fundamental Skills courses. Certify personnel at their respective workstations. Evaluate personnel both theoretically and practically. Follow up on training programs. Implement personnel certification programs. Administer certification exams at various levels. Propose improvements to training processes. Maintain updated training boards and matrices. Generate and maintain training records for operational personnel. Support HR initiatives. Comply with and promote adherence to internal policies and the company’s internal work regulations. Support workstation operations when required. Support the "Raise Your Hand" program. Capture and report ILUO progress indicators. Personnel Certification. Post updated skills matrix. Certification status for category control. Participation in corporate events as a collaborator or support staff. Logistics support for internal/external courses. Participation in kick-off meetings. Recruitment and selection of operational personnel. Onboarding follow-up. Candidate follow-up.
