If you are motivated to optimize processes, ensure project profitability, and actively participate in decision-making, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (degree and professional license required). * Minimum 5 years of experience as Head or Manager of the finance area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management of financial risks and control of foreign exchange losses. * Treasury administration, cash control, and short- and medium-term liquidity planning. * Negotiation with banking institutions (accounts, financing, and terms). * Management of customer and supplier relationships regarding collections and payments. * Strategic monitoring of project profitability in coordination with General Management. * Cost control, project invoicing, and validation of accounts payable (ACU). * Supervision of compliance with accounting, tax, and legal requirements. * Timely preparation and analysis of financial statements. * Review of monthly closings, payroll, domestic and international payments, and tax documents. * Loading and validation of payments on banking portals. **Profile We Are Seeking:** * Operational and strategic leadership. * High organizational and follow-up capability. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Effective communication and coordination across different departments. **We Offer:** * Team size: 6 people. * Biweekly salary payment. * Work tools: ERP, Monday (preferred), Office suite, and intermediate Excel. * Job stability and opportunity for professional growth.
