As a Designer, you will be responsible for developing designs for various printed items. \*Your responsibilities include: Maintaining organization and updating design files. \*Optimizing workflows. \*Maintaining constant communication and collaborative work with production departments and clients. **Requirements:** \*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field (NO STUDENTS). \*Availability of time. \*We value punctuality, positive attitude, and responsibility. **Experience:** \*Minimum 3 years in the graphic arts industry, specifically in prepress for offset printing, producing production elements. \*Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software suite; mastery of Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and vectorization (MANDATORY—practical test will be conducted on equipment). \*Technical knowledge of offset printing systems and packaging manufacturing processes, including press-side approvals. \*Knowledge of color management and color profiles. \*Reviewing, adapting, correcting, and preparing digital files submitted by clients; producing color proofs, dummies, coordinating with prepress operational staff, and preparing reports. \*Reviewing, adapting, and correcting dielines for folding cartons; plate making. **Skills:** \*Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and under pressure. \*Results-oriented and client-focused approach.
