Position Summary: We are seeking a Mobile Networks Specialist – 4G EPC Data Core to technically manage, validate, and certify updates to mobile network elements, ensuring operational continuity and performance. We require the hiring of a **Mobile Networks Specialist – 4G EPC Data Core**, responsible for the technical management, validation, certification, and implementation of updates and configurations on mobile telephony network elements, guaranteeing operational continuity, performance, and compliance with contracted capabilities. Position Objective Ensure proper updating, validation, certification, and performance of 4G EPC network elements and associated platforms through planning, execution, and supervision of technical tests; coordination with suppliers and internal departments; as well as documentation and operational delivery of implementation and migration projects. Responsibilities * Review and update versioning documentation for 4G EPC network elements, ensuring installation of the latest versions available from the supplier and guaranteeing that elements retain requested and contracted capabilities. * Plan, coordinate, execute, and certify tests jointly with the technology or service provider, including validation of current functions, retention of capabilities, incorporation of new functionalities, incident resolution, and review of technological roadmaps. * Create and manage test, validation, and verification matrices for certification of implementations and configurations within the Core and platforms area. * Lead test execution sessions with daily and weekly objectives aimed at meeting timelines and quality standards for Core implementation projects. * Prepare daily progress reports on the test and certification plan. * Conduct technical liaison with suppliers and internal departments for analysis and validation of results according to established certification criteria. * Prepare and manage project reports, operational manuals, and technical documentation. * Provide leadership in planning and logistics for test execution, ensuring order, quality, and adherence to schedules. * Propose and establish necessary technical tools for correct execution of specific tests. * Coordinate and track delivery of updated elements to the operations department. * Review, supervise, and approve procedural methods prior to their introduction into the network. * Accompany and supervise maintenance windows related to upgrade projects. * Review and approve migration plans and strategies. * Deliver operational 4G network elements. * Review and prepare network capacity and performance reports. Profile Requirements * Extensive experience in data services on mobile networks, particularly in 4G EPC and 3G solutions. * Technical knowledge of mobile networks, LTE, EPC, IMS, and VAS, including signaling flows. * Knowledge of communication interfaces between Data Core network elements. * Minimum 8 years’ experience in integration of 4G/5G mobile network services. * Experience in roaming (in/out) services with national and international operators. * Experience in managing and specifying IT developments (BSS/OSS) for integration of the Data Core network. * Strong capabilities in planning, administration, and management of technical testing. * Proactivity, technical leadership, and initiative in resolving project-related issues. * Proficiency in English (advanced / fluent level).
