




**SECTION I:** GENERAL DESCRIPTION Assigned to the technical performance of the medical department, as well as assisting the staff physician in occupational health prevention and care. **SECTION II:** EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION * General Nursing degree * 1 year of experience in the position **SECTION III:** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS * Basic computer skills. * COVID\-19 protocols * Regulations for medical offices and procedures for promoting health among workers * Introduction to applicable regulations **SECTION IV:** MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Identify potential workplace hazards through employee feedback. * Provide guidance to staff regarding IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) services. * Assist the physician with treatments and health assessments. * Maintain logs of patient care and biohazardous waste. * Assist the physician in preparing pre\-employment medical examinations, monitor the program of periodic and special examinations for employees as recommended by the physician for workplace risk prevention. * Prepare employee medical records and related documentation, and provide any necessary care to all employees. * Maintain documented records of absences due to general illness, work\-related injuries, and maternity. * Manage the inventory of medications and medical supplies, and ensure the emergency first\-aid kit is properly stocked in case of evacuation. * Monitor the company cafeteria's internal preventive audit program. * Monitoring the preventive maintenance program for equipment that requires it and that is used for pre\-employment, periodic, and special examinations of workers. * Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the department supervisor. * Participate in safety\-related activities. * Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) requirements established for their role in relation to ISO 9001:2015\. * Complete all planned Quality and Training\-related training on time. * Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions. * Comply with the safety rules established for their role. **Note:** The information above is intended to describe the level and nature of the work to be performed by a person assigned to this classification and may or may not represent all activities.
