Continuous training on new technologies and best practices **Energy Generator Service/Maintenance Technician** **Objective:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric generators and lighting towers to guarantee optimal performance, minimize failures, and maximize equipment lifespan. **Main Responsibilities** * Diagnose, repair, and maintain electric generators of various capacities and brands. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential failures and prevent breakdowns. * Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in equipment. * Perform load and operational tests on generators before and after service. * Maintain detailed records of services performed and spare parts used. * Comply with industrial safety standards and company protocols. * Provide technical advice to customers regarding equipment usage and maintenance. * Coordinate with the warehouse department to request necessary spare parts and tools. * Support installation and commissioning of new equipment at construction sites or locations. **Job Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, Electricity, Energy, or related fields. * Courses or certifications in generator maintenance (preferred). **Work Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance of electric generators or similar equipment. * Experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical systems. * Knowledge of interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings. **Technical Knowledge** * Diesel and gasoline engines. * Electrical systems of generators and automatic transfer switches. * Diagnosis and resolution of electrical and mechanical faults. * Use of diagnostic tools (multimeters, ammeters, oscilloscopes, etc.). * Safety regulations for electrical and mechanical work. **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail. * Responsibility and commitment. * Ability to work under pressure. * Organization and time management. * Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers. **Other Requirements** * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver's license. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, with availability for extended hours and on-call duties. **Benefits and What the Company Offers:** * **Competitive salary** commensurate with experience and expertise. * **Statutory benefits** (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium). * **Opportunity for professional growth and development.** * **Continuous training** on new technologies and best practices. * **Covered travel expenses.** * **Provided tools and work equipment.** * **Dynamic work environment with team support.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
