Participate in continuous improvement projects to make processes more efficient and improve productivity. Do not perform tasks that endanger personnel integrity. Participate in troubleshooting. Complete detailed reports on activities performed. Actively participate in assigned training courses. Support training of colleagues when required. Carry tool pouch with tools for rapid response to failures, and ensure proper use and care of tools.
