




Job Summary: Provide timely, clear, and efficient customer service, ensuring shipment tracking and incident resolution to guarantee a satisfactory customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Guidance on services, rates, delivery times, and coverage. **Job Objective** Provide timely, clear, and efficient customer service to the company’s customers, ensuring proper shipment tracking, incident resolution, and adherence to service standards, in order to guarantee a satisfactory experience with our courier services. **Main Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, and/or in-person counter). * Track shipment status and notify customers of any updates. * Manage delivery-related incidents (delays, lost packages, damaged items, incorrect addresses, etc.). * Record and update information in the company’s internal system. * Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure correct package delivery. * Provide customers with guidance on services, rates, delivery times, and coverage areas. * Prepare basic customer service and tracking reports. * Meet established response timeframes and quality standards. **Job Profile** **Education:** * Completed high school diploma (minimum) * Preferred: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in administrative, communications, or related fields **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, courier services, or related industries * Experience handling complaints and resolving conflicts **Knowledge:** * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and internal systems) * Basic knowledge of logistics processes (preferred) * Familiarity with messaging platforms and CRM systems (preferred) **Competencies and Skills** * Excellent verbal and written communication * Service-oriented attitude * Organization and follow-up ability * Problem-solving skills * Ability to work under pressure * Empathy and ability to handle difficult customers Salary: MXN 11,000 plus statutory benefits, Statutory Benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
