Coordinate audits and monitor performance **Position Objective:** Design, lead, and supervise corporate quality processes, ensuring efficient integration of management systems and fostering continuous improvement across all operations to guarantee satisfaction of internal and external customers, regulatory compliance, and operational sustainability. Key Responsibilities: \-Implement and maintain up-to-date management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 31000, and SASISOPA standards. Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and proper resolution of nonconformities. Design key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve the efficiency of the integrated management system. Develop training programs on quality, safety, and environmental management for personnel. Promote a culture of quality, health, safety, and sustainability across all organizational levels. Conduct corporate risk analysis in accordance with ISO 31000. Supervise regulatory compliance of operations regarding environmental, occupational health, and safety matters. Generate periodic performance reports of management systems for senior management. Collaborate with other departments to integrate management systems with business strategies. Coordinate the initial diagnostic assessment to identify gaps in existing management systems. Capture and maintain updated documentary information, distributing the latest version to areas without access to the System, in compliance with current quality standards and regulations. Lead periodic meetings with operational managers to track action plans. Monitor the performance of key processes through internal audits.
