Position Summary: We are seeking Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultants to join a strategic ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation program, leading the design and configuration of solutions. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for **Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultants** to join a strategic ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation program based on the Global Template approach and SAP Activate methodology. **Monterrey, NL | Hybrid work model** **6-month project** We seek specialists with solid experience in at least one of the following modules: * **SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)** * **SAP FI (Finance)** * **SAP MM (Materials Management)** * **SAP PP (Production Planning)** * **SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)** * **SAP LE (Logistics Execution)** **Responsibilities:** * Participate in and lead Fit-to-Standard workshops. * Design and configure S/4HANA solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices. * Map business processes from ECC to S/4HANA. * Identify gaps, RICEFW, and functional requirements. * Support data migration and validation. * Execute testing (UT, IT, UAT). * Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare. * Collaborate with functional, technical teams and global stakeholders. * Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology. **Requirements:** * 8+ years of SAP experience. * Minimum of 3 full implementations (S/4HANA preferred). * Proven experience in at least one of the modules listed above. * Experience in ECC → S/4HANA migration. * Participation in global or regional rollout projects (desirable). * Advanced English (mandatory). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Monday–Friday schedule (hybrid) * 6-month project with potential extension Employment type: Full-time Salary: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you reside in Nuevo León or near Monterrey? * In which SAP S/4HANA module do you have the most experience (SD, FI, MM, PP, PM, or LE)?
