Comprehensive management of construction projects ***LOCAL PERSONNEL ONLY!!!*** He/she is the main field operations responsible, whose role is to ensure project execution according to plan, with safety, quality, cost efficiency, and within the agreed timeline. His/her performance directly impacts the project’s profitability, reputation, and overall success. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Carry out construction procedures. Prepare and maintain updated 3-week activity schedule. Develop activity schedule according to program. Adequately plan scheduled activities. Supervise daily field work execution. Verify actual workforce of each subcontractor involved in the project. Ensure works are executed per drawings, specifications, technical and quality standards. Coordinate work teams. Manage materials and equipment (coordinate supplies and requisitions). Control efficient use of materials, tools, and machinery. Perform quantity take-offs. Prepare payment applications per the list of items, and keep payment application delivery updated according to project progress. Issue RFIs (Request for Information). Maintain site logbook. Document incidents. Provide timely information for indicator measurement. Authorize or correct subcontractor payments based on actual volumes and validated payment applications. Evaluate and re-evaluate performance of piecework laborers’ and subcontractors’ workforce. Submit daily evidence of executed activities and report actual project progress. Implement safety protocols and support occupational health and safety personnel to ensure regulatory compliance and client safety guidelines. Represent the company before supervisors, clients, regulatory bodies, or technical audits. Maintain effective communication with colleagues, subcontractors, and the client.
