Job Objective: Supervise, control, and document the physical execution of assigned tasks at the construction site, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, contractual timelines, and established safety measures. Responsibilities: * Directly supervise the execution of construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to drawings, technical specifications, and construction procedures. * Coordinate contractors and work crews at the worksite, resolving technical and operational interferences. * Review proper application of materials, labor productivity, and machinery usage. * Validate daily physical progress, work generators, and production reports. * Verify execution in accordance with quality, safety, and industrial hygiene standards. * Coordinate with internal departments and contractors regarding execution activities to ensure timely project delivery, without cost overruns, and with appropriate quality. * Document technical logs, incidents, and daily progress reports. * Follow up on quality tests (concrete, welding, earthworks, etc.) and maintain documentary evidence. * Plan activities to be carried out by workers and contractors on-site, monitor achievement of progress targets, and document them in accordance with contractual requirements.
