This is not a passive account management role. You will be directly responsible for: * cold email campaign performance, * inbox placement, * deliverability troubleshooting, * campaign optimization, * client communication, * and retention. fit. **What You’ll Own****Client Campaign Ownership*** Act as the primary point of contact for 20–30 active clients * Lead client check\-ins and performance conversations * Manage client expectations and campaign updates * Build strong long\-term client relationships * Proactively identify risks and prevent churn before issues escalate **Cold Email Campaign Performance*** Diagnose and optimize
