We are a Mexican company with a presence in Colombia, currently experiencing rapid growth, and we are looking for a **Clinic Administrator** to support management in ensuring profitability and operational efficiency. Your **main responsibilities**: * Manage service provider fees, ensuring data accuracy within the system. * Lead the reception team and facilitate communication across all departments. * Administer suppliers, inventory, and document archives. * Deliver high-quality service to internal and external collaborators. * Execute decisions made by the Director and serve as their primary support in clinic oversight. * Ensure the clinic operates in full compliance with all applicable internal, legal, and health regulations. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, management software, and monday.com (preferred). * Experience handling cash, cash reconciliations, closing procedures, and invoicing. * Highly ethical individual with a strong service orientation and proactive attitude. **What We Offer:** * Salary: $12,000.00 MXN per month * Direct payroll employment * Statutory benefits * Collaborative and growth-oriented environment * Location: West side of CDMX **Apply through this channel!**
