Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineering Site Manager/Architect to supervise, coordinate, and ensure the execution of construction projects, guaranteeing quality and regulatory compliance. GOBA Group is seeking: Civil Engineering Site Manager Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with official degree and professional license. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Neodata. * Minimum 5 years of experience in this position. * Personnel management experience. * Technical knowledge of construction processes. * Immediate availability to work on-site (Costa Mérida, Yucatán, Km25). Functions and Responsibilities * Review and analyze the entire construction contract to identify discrepancies in quantities or design. * Maintain on-site all drawings, specifications, and documentation related to project execution. * Develop and keep updated the necessary schedules for project implementation, including timelines for completion of works. * Prepare weekly production reports for subcontractors. * Prepare site generators. * Maintain a daily log or site diary clearly recording extraordinary works and anomalies. * Maintain appropriate communication with site supervision. * Verify that requested materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time and as specified. * Supervise and coordinate the execution of works to ensure quality. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations. * Monitor material testing and strength tests. * Define the construction system, ensuring acceptable productivity rates and preventing deterioration of completed works. * Issue change orders for extraordinary works, etc. We Offer: Statutory benefits Monthly salary: $20,000–$26,000 (negotiable based on experience). On-site employment at Costa Mérida, Yucatán, Km25; working hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Monday–Friday, and 9:00 AM–2:00 PM on Saturdays.
