Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate to develop architectural and construction drawings, with advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and basic knowledge of SketchUp. Key Highlights: 1. Technical and practical construction knowledge Primarily developing architectural and construction drawings for mid-to-high-end residential houses. The candidate must meet the following requirements: · Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD. Clean, high-quality presentation of architectural and construction drawings. Proficient use of groups, blocks, and advanced commands. · Design representation skills. Technical and practical construction knowledge. · Basic knowledge of SketchUp modeling. · Portfolio of drawings in DWG format must be submitted.
