Join our **sales** team and help more people hear the world around them better. **What We’re Looking For?** **General Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma (minimum). * **Age:** 27 years or older. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in sales. * **Appearance:** Executive. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Documentation:** Tax Status Certificate. * **Verifiable Experience:** Employment references will be checked. **Knowledge and Skills:** * **Empathy and active listening**, essential for understanding patients’ auditory and emotional needs. * **Persuasion and sales closing ability**, without compromising professional ethics. * **Organization and follow-up** of appointments, tests, and after-sales services. * **Service vocation** and customer satisfaction orientation. **Your Daily Responsibilities:** * Customer consultation and guidance regarding hearing aids. * Conducting tests (per internal training and protocol). * Recommending the most suitable hearing aid type based on diagnosis, lifestyle, and customer budget. * Scheduling follow-up appointments for adjustments or maintenance. * Addressing inquiries, complaints, or technical issues. * Operational and administrative management of the point of sale. * KPI management. * Personnel management. **Work Location:** **Inside Parque Toreo** **What We Offer:** * **Attractive Salary** (negotiable based on profile). * **Commissions** * **Benefits:** Statutory. * **Additional Benefits:** Partnerships and discounts at various merchants. * **Working Hours:** **Monday to Sunday, during mall operating hours (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM / 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM), with one weekday day off.** **We Want to Meet You!** If you are passionate about helping people and want to join a team that transforms lives, **Audiotech has a place for you**. **Apply today and become part of our success story!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
