Requirements: * Educational degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. * 3\+ years of experience in educational or bootcamp leadership roles or a Master’s degree. * Proven experience leading and developing teaching teams. * Strong people management and coaching skills. * Data\-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and dashboards. * Fluency in English and Spanish. * Strong cross\-functional collaboration skills. **Nice\-to\-have** * Experience in online or tech\-focused education. * Experience working with LATAM teams. * Familiarity with learning analytics or live online teaching tools. What you will do: * Lead and support tutors, instructors, and the senior code reviewer, ensuring performance, engagement, and quality. * Manage educational team operations, including performance follow\-ups, leaves, hiring, offboarding, and payroll validation. * Track and analyze weekly KPIs using internal dashboards and platform data. * Prepare and update Teaching Weekly Results on a weekly basis. * Use data insights to propose and implement improvements in learning quality and operational efficiency. * Observe live sessions and provide continuous feedback, coaching, and training to educational staff. * Foster expert community engagement and collaboration through Discord. * Supervise cohort launches and ensure learning spaces function effectively throughout the cohort lifecycle. * Act as the main educational point of contact across cross\-functional teams. * Define hiring needs, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding processes for educational roles.
