What you will do: * Lead and support tutors, instructors, and the senior code reviewer, ensuring performance, engagement, and quality. * Manage educational team operations, including performance follow\-ups, leaves, hiring, offboarding, and payroll validation. * Track and analyze weekly KPIs using internal dashboards and platform data. * Prepare and update Teaching Weekly Results on a weekly basis. * Use data insights to propose and implement improvements in learning quality and operational efficiency. * Observe live sessions and provide continuous feedback, coaching, and training to educational staff. * Foster expert community engagement and collaboration through Discord. * Supervise cohort launches and ensure learning spaces function effectively throughout the cohort lifecycle. * Act as the main educational point of contact across cross\-functional teams. * Define hiring needs, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding processes for educational roles.
