




Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled bar team for preparing specialty beverages and cocktails, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and presentation as a key element of the customer experience. Key role in the customer experience **Job Objective** We aim to build a highly skilled bar team focused on preparing specialty beverages, alcoholic drinks, and traditional techniques, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and presentation. The bar team will be a key element of the customer experience and of the concept’s identity. **Required Knowledge:** * Handling and preparation of **specialty teas** * Preparation of **matcha** using traditional techniques * Basic knowledge of **coffee** (not the primary focus, but required) * Handling of **alcoholic beverages** * Preparation of **basic and author cocktails** * Creation of base preparations for alcoholic beverages (syrups, infusions, macerations, oleos, reductions, foams, etc.) * Good hygiene and food handling practices * Customer attention and service **4. Training** All team members will receive **comprehensive training upon onboarding**, including: * Introduction to the concept’s philosophy and standards * Traditional matcha preparation techniques * Proper handling and extraction of specialty teas * Fundamentals of mixology * Base preparations for alcoholic beverages * Internal service protocols * Recipe standardization * Assembly and presentation practices * Real-service simulations **Training Period:** The team will be hired **two weeks prior to the official opening**, with the following objectives: * Ensure technical proficiency * Guarantee standardization * Conduct internal testing * Execute operational simulations * Adjust real-time service timing **5. Opening Date** The **official opening** is scheduled for March; therefore, the team must be fully trained, aligned, and ready to operate under established standards before that date. **6. Key Responsibilities** * Preparation and presentation of beverages according to the official recipe book * Preparation and control of base ingredients and supplies * Quality control for each beverage * Responsible alcohol handling * Constant cleaning and organization of the bar area * Basic inventory control of supplies * Reporting of losses or incidents * Compliance with service protocols * Coordinated work with kitchen and floor staff * **Base monthly salary:** $10,000 – $12,000 MXN (Varies according to experience and technical level) * **Tips:** Participation in a shared tip pool.
