**Hermosillo Maintenance Technician in Electricity and HVAC** At **RIMSAMEX**, we are a 100% Mexican company with nationwide presence. We are seeking electromechanical, electrical, or related technicians to join our service crew in Hermosillo with expertise in air conditioning, electricity, and hydrosanitary systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for preparing quotations for 100% of corrective reports assigned to their account, using the RIMSA cost catalog as reference and adhering to the Budgeting Time KPI (48 hrs). * Responsible for executing 100% of corrective and preventive reports approved by the client, complying with the On-Time Completion KPI according to the ticket’s priority and specialty. * Responsible for attending to and resolving emergencies occurring in their assigned city, with such tickets automatically assigned to their account. * In charge of complying with operational, administrative, and system guidelines. * Preparation and submission of documentation (work orders, checklists, photographs, invoices, and expense reports). * Closing reports in SAMI. **Position Details:** * Crew of 2 people * Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Saturday * Location: **Hermosillo** **Requirements for this vacancy:** * Electromechanical, electrical, or related technician. * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as maintenance assistant preferred. * Punctual. * Service-oriented. * Knowledge of: air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, and painting. **What we offer:** * Competitive salary with biweekly payments. * Indefinite-term contract (with probationary period). * IMSS. * INFONAVIT. * Profit-sharing. * Uniform renewal twice per year (shirt, trousers, and safety shoes). * Full personal protective equipment with annual renewal frequency. * DC-3 trainings and certifications. * Technical trainings. * FONACOT. * Vehicle and mobile phone for the crew.
