Summary: Perform all administrative tasks inherent to the director and support activities required by the departments. Highlights: 1. Supports director and departmental activities 2. Opportunity to work with a world leader in recreational vehicles **Section I:** General Description Perform all administrative tasks inherent to the director and support activities required by the departments. **Section II:** Experience and Education High school diploma or equivalent. Professional degree preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience related to the position. **Section III:** Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications Bilingual (English\-Spanish) Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Exchange) Communication skills Knowledge of SAP (preferred) **Section IV:** Main Tasks and Responsibilities Administrative Tasks Assist the director in the SAP management process. Manage departmental purchases. Ensure the accuracy of expense reports. Assist with departmental travel reservations. Assist with travel plans for visitors coming to Mexico. Prepare for the arrival of visitors in Juárez regarding security and traffic planning. Prepare reports. Support the purchasing department's operations. Assist the director in the preparation, control, and execution of purchase orders, capital expenditures (CAPEX), and other documents. Support communication activities with foreign personnel, including expense reports, attendance records, FM3, and other immigration processes. Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor. Participate in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements established for your role in relation to ISO 9001:2015\. Comply with the safety rules established according to your role. Complete all scheduled quality and training sessions on time. Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
