Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor with experience in customer service, repair orders, process tracking, and preparing estimates for automotive mechanical services. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position, including direct customer service, preparing repair orders, process tracking, vehicle delivery and reception, inspection and preparation of estimates, and administrative tasks. Knowledge of auto bodywork and painting. Required knowledge: General automotive mechanics, automotive parts, Microsoft Office. Customer service skills. Valid driver’s license.
