Collaborative and technical work environment Position: Architect – Project Management and Engineering Documentation **Location:** On-site project **Employment Type:** Full-time / Project-based **Salary:** $22,000 to $26,000 MXN monthly (based on experience) Job Description We are looking for an **Architect** with experience in **industrial project management**, responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and documenting the project’s technical aspects, acting as the liaison between execution teams and the client. This position **does not involve direct construction execution**, but rather **management, coordination, and document control functions**, working jointly with existing civil works and mechanical engineering teams (pneumatic and hydraulic). Main Responsibilities * Project management and on-site monitoring according to schedule. * Coordination of civil works and mechanical engineering teams. * Preparation, updating, and control of **engineering drawings and documentation**. * Preparation of engineering packages for **client review and approval**. * Preparation of **progress reports** and tracking of project milestones. * Documentation of changes and version control. * Support during testing, handover, and project closeout. * Preparation of **expenditure vs. cost reconciliation** for presentation to Management. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (graduated or final-year student). * Experience in industrial projects or construction. * Knowledge of interpreting and preparing drawings. * Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines. * Organization, monitoring, and document control skills. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Familiarity with industrial projects, installations, or processes is desirable.
