Position: **Application Technology Mg NW /Sheeft P\&B** **Role Propuse:** Lead the AT\&TD teams. Manage global projects for the implementation of technologies in the local market/ICs. Ensure the development and implementation of technological applications, solutions, and services for the client, in coordination with OFC team partners **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinates and manages highly complex projects with strategic impact at a global and regional level, monitors costs, expenses, and timelines, and communicates project status and results to the business unit and the global, regional, and local teams involved. * Coordinates the TD \& AT teams to ensure the development of innovative technological applications, services, and solutions according to OFC teams and client requirements, in accordance with defined objectives, quality standards, and budgets; and ensures the conformity of raw materials and the intermediate product portfolio with the Group's quality standards. * Ensure the coordination and resolution of technology\-related customer complaints with OFC teams to provide optimized solutions that maximize customer satisfaction. * Manage a designated global, regional, and local portfolio of raw materials and intermediates; coordinate the ongoing analysis and evaluation of the raw materials market to identify new sources; plan testing programs to develop and modify ink formulations; and define quality control measures for their monitoring. * Ensure the documentation of internal developments and processes in accordance with the Integrated Management System. * Transfers regional product and technology knowledge to the development and application teams and ensures the development, allocation, and management of resources to achieve business objectives. * Lead and motivate staff to improve their performance and continuously develop their professional expertise. * Support the development of the regional/business unit's overall sales strategy and objectives. * Support the management and negotiation of claims related to raw material properties and specifications, including supply chain management and purchasing **Requisitos / Competencias** * Related University degree (e.g. Chemical Engineering) * Min. 6 years of progressive experience within Technology organization * Experience in project management * Min. 4 years of team leading experience * International experience * Fluent in English
