We are seeking an experienced warehouse clerk. To properly carry out the **responsibilities of a warehouse supervisor**, the following profile is required: * Be trained to provide clear and appropriately motivating instructions to staff so they perform their work with precision and quality. * Maintain a positive attitude while remaining firm and authoritative. * Work within the agreed **budgets**. * Be organized and plan-oriented in work. * Be able to work under pressure without losing control. Functions/Responsibilities * Supervise merchandise dispatch. * Supervise and control the entry and exit of materials and equipment from the warehouse. * Supervise merchandise organization. * Prepare purchase orders for material acquisition. * Supervise established inventories of goods and services. * Update record-keeping systems. * Prepare daily reports on warehouse material inflow and outflow. * Control requisition accounting.
