We are currently seeking highly specialized talent to join our technical team in the area of security systems support. **Mandatory Requirements (apply only if you meet 100% of these):** * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support for security systems (intrusion, fire, CCTV, access control). * Advanced proficiency in PC usage, ticketing systems, monitoring platforms, and technical software. * Experience with RPS and DLS (Bosch or DSC certification preferred). * Intermediate Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and communication systems (Avaya or others). * Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). * Rotating shift schedule: Morning, afternoon, and night * Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with 1 day off per week **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to and resolve incidents involving alarm systems, CCTV, and fire detection systems. * Configure and perform maintenance on remote equipment. * Ensure operational continuity through on-site or remote monitoring and technical support. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure optimal system performance. **Important:** This hiring process includes technical screening and knowledge assessments.
