




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to perform activities including document filing, Excel handling, data entry, contract management, and payment tracking. Role involving document management and electronic systems. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Over 1 year of experience in a similar position \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel at intermediate level or higher), numerical aptitude \- Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 18:00 hrs. **PERSONAL QUALITIES:** \- Honest \- Responsible \- High levels of integrity \- Frustration tolerance \- Strong attention to detail and affinity for numbers \- Good organizational ability **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Administrative tasks: Document filing, handling Excel templates, data entry, occasional real estate contract management and utility service setup, scheduling and renewal of such contracts. \- Payment handling and tracking for utilities, use of online banking platforms \- Organizing and maintaining files, preparing and processing documents \- Sending documentation via email WE OFFER: \- Monthly salary between $11,000 and $13,000 \- Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus, etc.), 3-month probationary period Work location: 4 blocks from the Angel of Independence (please consider commuting time).
