Position Summary: We are seeking a Certified Engineer to manage requests, projects, technical support, and infrastructure maintenance with a focus on video surveillance and access control systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer and supplier request and incident handling and resolution 2. Estimation and execution project management and control 3. Remote and on-site technical support for electronic security systems Education: Certified Engineering Degree in one of the following fields: * Computer Systems Engineering * Telecommunications Engineering * Electronics Engineering * Electrical Engineering Main Responsibilities: * Handling and resolving requests and incidents (internal and external customers, suppliers) * Estimation management and control * Monitoring execution project schedules * Ensuring information availability, confidentiality, and integrity * Remote and on-site technical support (via tickets) * Infrastructure and project monitoring, with periodic reporting * Preparation of technical documentation (manuals, guides, etc.) * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of: * Video surveillance systems (CCTV) * Access control systems (biometric, card-based) Configuration of: * DVR / NVR / MDVR * IP and analog cameras * Video management software (VMS) * Network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) * Integration of CCTV and access control systems into LAN/WAN networks * Interpretation of electrical and network diagrams * Use of diagnostic tools: ping, cable tester, etc. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic equipment * Project supervision: tracking, incident control, progress monitoring, and timely delivery Technical Requirements: * Basic courses in networking and telecommunications * Knowledge of protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS * Experience configuring VMS, DVR/NVR, IP cameras * Familiarity with biometric and access control systems We Offer: * Monthly Salary * Payroll Scheme: 100% formal payroll * Statutory Benefits * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 09:00–19:00 Friday: 09:00–17:00 Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
