Coordination of activities, training of technicians, and progress reporting **SASI Human Talent is seeking 27,400 in Tijuana, Baja California** ---------------------------------------------------------------- Due to nationwide expansion, we are currently recruiting for a **Crew Leader for Telecommunications Projects** **What do you need?** Proven experience: Minimum of 1 year working on telecommunications projects involving work at heights, radio swaps, cabinet energization, power and fiber cabling, etc., with personnel under supervision and/or willingness to lead or train others **What do we expect from you:** Preferably proficient in both standard and automatic transmission vehicles; valid driver’s license required Problem-solving ability, learning capacity, and adaptability for any project Willingness to relocate (occasionally for travel or project changes); organizational skills, teamwork, frustration tolerance **Your responsibilities will include:** Coordinating the crew’s daily activities (workday planning, task assignment per technician, on-site technical and operational decision-making), Training, correcting, and improving the technical and disciplinary level of supervised technicians, Interpreting OTA reports, blueprints, scopes of work, scripts, BOMs, and other technical requirements, Ensuring proper use of materials, tools, and equipment, Generating daily progress reports, risk assessments, deviations, and other relevant events, Performing ESC / SCU alarm tests and verifying site functionality and stability, Meeting objectives across various projects—from site preparation through operational handover—without external supervision. **Crew Activities:** Physical installation of RRU, BBU, radios, and antennas, Mounting on structures (towers, rooftops, monopoles), Basic antenna alignment according to blueprints, among others. **Employment Conditions:** Paid training Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Shift rotation not applicable, but overtime may be required. Approximate salary range: $19,400 to $27,400, plus bonuses for site closure within lead time Uniforms, company vehicle for transportation, covered travel allowances when traveling to another state.
