Reading of blueprints Knowledge of data analysis Participate in negotiations with contractors and suppliers to achieve economic closures. Evaluate technical and economic proposals from contractors for white room projects, IT rooms, structured cabling, HVAC, electrical systems, and security systems. Generate comparative matrices and cost-benefit reports for decision-making. Participate in public and private tenders, developing competitive cost structures that are technically justified. Validate and update databases of inputs, productivity rates, and market prices. Experience managing personnel. · Requirements: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree. 3–5 years of experience as a Unit Price Analyst in infrastructure or telecommunications companies. Proven experience negotiating with contractors. Experience in government tenders. Technical knowledge of civil works, electromechanical systems, and specialized systems (HVAC, UPS, fire suppression, cabling, etc.). Proficiency in unit price software (Neodata, Opus, Advanced Excel) · Key Skills: Strategic and persuasive negotiation. Professional ethics and focus on profitability and compliance. Effective communication and multidisciplinary teamwork.
