Development of internal tools and infrastructure maintenance. **Job Requirements.** **Age: 20 to 30 years old** **Education:** Systems Technician. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems or related incomplete degree. **Required Knowledge:** Advanced computer equipment handling. Server configuration and administration. Advanced networking knowledge (VPN, Wireless). Database administration. Firewall and antivirus configuration and administration. Basic programming fundamentals. Understanding of automotive industry processes. Advanced knowledge of automotive operating systems. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Software and hardware updates (PCs, printers, scanners, diagnostic equipment). * Ensuring network continuity, optimal operation, and administration. * Providing appropriate technical support to staff. * Planning and maintaining backup programs for equipment and company databases. * Securing information and end-user navigation access by managing firewall and antivirus equipment. * Scheduling installation and maintenance of software required for each activity. * Responsible for ensuring continuous and transparent communication via electronic media (email, extranet, voice channels, VPN) for users. * Developing internal-use tools such as information analysis systems, supply control systems, etc. (Intranet). * Creating inspection programs for data and voice network infrastructure to ensure proper performance, including cabling, connections, equipment, etc. * Responsible for tracking computing assets and software through logs, as well as preparing user custody documents. * Responsible for evaluating suppliers in the Systems area. * Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace at all times.
