Job Summary: Provide technical support and maintenance for computer systems and equipment, as well as user training and inventory management, ensuring the proper flow of processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and problem resolution for users. 2. Monitoring and release of store orders. 3. Inventory management and system training. Provide support and assistance to resolve issues for CD54 users related to systems and computer equipment through proper equipment usage induction, monitoring, support, infrastructure installation, and validation of correct order processing flows in systems for store replenishment. · Support Order Monitoring Operations: Monitor and release store orders according to the schedule. (Request – Billing). Create, monitor, and release Will Call and Line Out orders. Daily reporting of anticipated SKUs, pieces, and pallets per order and files for operations. · Inventory Management using the 5S methodology. Update inventory of computer equipment (RF terminals, voice picks, headsets, and consumables). Update IP address inventory. (VNC). · Update Delivery Schedule. Provide system training and induction for new personnel (RF equipment usage). · Install voice and data network infrastructure. * Level of Formal Education: An Associate's degree (two-year program) or equivalent formal training program. * Area of Study: Technical Career in Computer Science, Systems, or related fields. * Years of Experience: One to two years. * Type of Experience: User technical support, operating system usage, LAN equipment installation, PC configuration, radiofrequency equipment.
