We are looking for a Systems or Technical Support Coordinator Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is mandatory Experience in: * On-site technical support for computer equipment (1st and 2nd level) to users. * Remote 1st-level technical support to users. * Audio and Video support. * Software installation (Microsoft 365, Antivirus, VPN, Remote Desktop Access, SAP, etc.). * Backup administration. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment (Laptops\-Desktops). * Administration of voice and data connections (Network and Telephony connections). * Administration of local telephone lines (virtual PBX). * Network service administration (wired and wireless). * CCTV service administration. * Access control and attendance system administration. * Firewall, load balancer, etc. administration.
