This is your opportunity. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Provide technical support to users (Help Desk). * Maintenance and repair of computer equipment (memory installation, hard drives, etc.). * Installation of Windows operating systems and specialized software. * Resolution of network incidents (voice and data) and printers. * Basic printer support (configuration, toner replacement, cleaning). * Basic assistance with video surveillance and access control systems. **What are we looking for?** * Experience in user technical support (minimum 1 year preferred). * Basic knowledge of printer, camera, and access control configuration. * Basic knowledge of Office 365. * Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and eagerness to learn. * Residence in Guadalupe or Juárez (Santa María, Tres Caminos, Dos Ríos, Xochimilco, Sun Mall, Molinete, Santa Cruz, Juárez areas, or neighborhoods near Kalos Guadalupe via Molinete). **Requirements:** * Education: Higher Technician (preferred). * Experience in customer service and technical support (preferred). **What we offer:** * Competitive salary: $13,000.00 - $13,500.00 monthly.
