Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for the position of Hydraulic Construction Resident with solid expertise in hydrosanitary and stormwater installations, blueprint interpretation, knowledge of applicable regulations, and experience in construction supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the execution and quality of hydrosanitary and stormwater installations. 2. Coordinate teams and suppliers to ensure project success. 3. Ensure compliance with regulations and technical specifications. We are seeking a professional for the position of Hydraulic Construction Resident. Requirements: - Solid knowledge of hydrosanitary and stormwater installations. - Ability to interpret blueprints and executive project documents. - Proficiency in applicable regulations (e.g., NOM-001-SEDE regarding related electrical matters, and current sanitary regulations). - Experience in construction supervision, crew coordination, progress control, cost estimation, and material management (pipes, valves, pumping equipment, and hydro-pneumatic systems). Responsibilities: Identify on-site interferences, coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, HVAC, structural), ensure proper execution per blueprints and specifications, and guarantee quality, testing, and commissioning of installations. Additionally, strong communication and leadership skills are expected to collaborate effectively with various teams and suppliers.
