**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Objective:** Coordinate, generate, and supervise all activities related to the execution of civil works, electrical, and air conditioning projects, ensuring proper project implementation, compliance with quality standards, and adherence to established timelines. **Job Profile** * Assertive and effective communication. * Support in preparing weekly material and equipment requisitions on time and as required. * Assistance in preparing and monitoring the construction logbook. * Execution of detailed and precise construction quantity takeoffs. * Extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works, structural, finishing, CCTV, voice, and data installations. **Responsibilities** * Prepare weekly material and equipment requisitions to ensure timely supply at the construction site. * Prepare and update the construction logbook, documenting progress, incidents, and relevant activities. * Execute detailed construction quantity takeoffs, ensuring accuracy in volume and quantity calculations. * Support preparation of technical reports and progress reports. * Coordinate with various work teams to ensure correct project execution. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in commercial construction sector. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works, structural, finishing, CCTV, voice, and data installations. * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Use of measurement and construction control tools. * **Software:** Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. * **Personal Skills:** Proactivity, organization, attention to detail, and effective communication. * **Availability:** * For fieldwork and working under pressure. * For travel throughout the Mexican Republic (100%). * Full-time availability. **Key Skills** * Project management. * Critical thinking. * Problem solving. * Knowledge of regulations. * Oral and written communication. * Adaptability.
