Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction and Maintenance Manager with experience in large-scale projects and personnel management, expertise in real estate design, construction, and maintenance, and skills in planning and strategic vision. Budget management and cost analysis We are a young, dynamic, growing, 100% Mexican company, a leader in our industry, and we are looking for talent to join our Great Team as: · Construction and Maintenance Manager Location: Cuajimalpa · Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Engineering: Civil, Architecture, or related field Proficiency in Office applications Experience with CRM or ERP systems · Experience and Knowledge: Minimum 4–5 years in a similar role, managing teams and large projects. Budget management, cost analysis, and financing. Design, construction, and maintenance of real estate. Development of annual preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans, including renovations (multi-site and corporate). Contractor management (safety, permits, PPE). Regulatory compliance.
