At Workana, we are looking for a **No\-Code \& AI Automation Specialist** to design scalable **Part\-Time** systems for a real estate company in Spain that is currently expanding. This role targets professionals with strong execution capabilities in automation and artificial intelligence, interested in designing comprehensive and scalable systems. You will have the opportunity to directly impact the operations of a business already managing \+160 units and aiming to scale through technology. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and build end\-to\-end systems based on No\-Code \+ AI (not isolated tasks). * Automate the entire tenant onboarding process: forms, validations, contract generation, registration. * Automatically generate contracts using Google Docs \+ Google Apps Script. * Design and implement integrations with Google Drive for document management. * Automate operational processes: incident management / tenant offboarding. * Build dashboards and reporting systems for tracking business KPIs. * Integrate communication channels with WhatsApp (API). * Develop and optimize automation workflows using No\-Code tools. * Advanced optimization (AI \& Data). * Implement Artificial Intelligence (computer vision) solutions for: inventory control / verification of room conditions. * Design and optimize the Airtable database: stock / profitability / scalable data structure. * Continuously improve processes through automation and AI usage. **Key Requirements:** * Solid experience with **Make (Integromat)**. * Advanced proficiency in **Google Apps Script**. * Mastery of **Google Sheets** (advanced level). * Experience working with **APIs and Webhooks**. * Experience integrating **WhatsApp via API**. * Experience developing **chatbots (including voice and calls)**. * Builder/executor profile, capable of **designing complete solutions**. * Prior experience in business process automation (**ideally end\-to\-end**). * Availability to work during the **LATAM morning time zone**. **Contractual Terms:** * Work mode: 100% remote. * Schedule: **Part\-Time** (4 hours/day), during the LATAM morning time zone. * Compensation: USD 1,000 per month. * Contract type: Contractor via Workana. * Duration: 12 months, with possibility of renewal based on strong performance. **Selection Process:** * Brief asynchronous video screening on Hireflix. * Interview with the client's CEO. * Technical interview with the client's tech team.
